Privacy.

We keep public browsing simple, collect only what a feature needs, and do not publish private account or herd information.

Public facts, transient calculator inputs.

Market records are source-linked public information, not customer profiles. The basic calculator uses the head count, weight, and market information you enter to return a result without saving it as a personal scenario.

We may count visits to an auction source link in daily totals. Those counts do not store an IP address, browser identity, account, cookie, or full referring page.

Personal features need personal information.

If you choose to use an account or personal feature, records may include:

  • passkey and recovery metadata for an account;
  • saved markets, filters, scenarios, watchlists, and alerts;
  • coarse location such as a selected market, town, or ZIP when the feature needs it;
  • membership and payment-status references, but not payment-card numbers handled by the payment service;
  • message delivery, consent, suppression, and opt-out choices;
  • assistant questions and responses when you use that feature; and
  • a scoped, revocable AKIN integration grant and minimum price-relevant inputs after explicit consent.

Collect only what the feature needs.

Personal information may be used to authenticate an account, save requested work, evaluate and deliver chosen alerts, manage a membership, prevent abuse, secure the service, answer a grounded assistant question, or honor a correction, export, deletion, or integration request.

Town, ZIP, or a chosen market should be preferred over exact ranch coordinates. LMP must not publish private herd details, exact locations, saved scenarios, messages, assistant context, or AKIN animal records.

Use is limited to providing the service.

We may use service providers for hosting, account security, billing, email, text delivery, and optional assistant features. They receive only the information reasonably needed for the feature you choose.

We do not sell personal information or publish private account, location, saved-scenario, message, or herd details.

Export, deletion, and revocation come first.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the requested feature, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Public source and correction records may be retained separately from account information.

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of delivery consent by writing to data@livestockmarketprices.com. We verify requests before changing protected records.
